Facilitation

Facilitation can support collaboration on themes, you want to inquire into, involve more people in, and co-create around. Facilitation can build a framework for ways to explore, align and make decisions.

I design and plan processes for collaboration, building trust, relations, alignment, and results. These processes can support transformation for individuals, the team or the department by creating a structure to share and discuss perspectives on the situation and what could be good ways forward.

Coaching and manager sparring

You will meet a mature conversation partner and coach, who can enter conversations at many different levels and with extensive experience with inner life of both people and organizations. The conversations will focus on your desired themes, and we will explore different perspectives and hopefully you will grow into an even clearer understanding of both your self and others.

We can work both very concretely into situations and/or also add an existential layer to management and being a manager.

Assessment

Psychological testing can add layers and data to both recruitment and development. Development can be for an individual as part of coaching or a development program or for a team or a department, where testing and help create a shared language and experience which can strengthen cooperation and problem solving.

Examples of assessment tools: Hogan, Saville’s products, e.g. Wave and 360 degrade assessment, People Test Systems PTP og PTL. SHL’s products, e.g. OPQ and MQ, Decision Dynamics Career View, MBTI/JTI, VIA.

Development programs

At Intenzion we design development programs for internal development for smaller or bigger groups in organizations or for individuals. For many years I have designed and delivered on programs supporting transformation, which means creating opportunities for further self-insight and maturing for the involved participants. Personal transformation helps in succeeding and thriving for instance when changing levels in the organization, which takes more than a new title.

If it is programs for bigger groups and coaching is included as part of the deliverables, I may invite other external partners and experienced coaches after agreement with you as the customer.

Supervision for psychologists

I offer supervision for psychologists on their way to be an authorized psychologist within the field of organizational and business psychology. Typically, you will work as an external or internal consultant. The role as a consultant calls for both bringing cases and working with yourself as instrument. The psychologist in the organizational setting needs to be able to navigate different roles and power structures that largely influence frame and possibilities for handling the assignments at hand – both for the psychologist him or herself, but also for the involved others in an ethical and proper manner.
